The project collects the chicken manure produced by the layer hen farm and goes through the processing steps of homogenization, hydrolysis, anaerobic gas production, and biogas power generation, and finally realizes the harmless and resource utilization of organic waste.
The biogas power generation unit of this project is equipped with a Jenbacher J320 biogas generator set (1MW) and supporting containers. The waste heat utilization part of the generator set adopts a set of 0.75t/h superheated steam waste heat boiler, and the waste heat is reused to hydrolysis, fermentation heating, heat preservation and other links. Through the design of cogeneration, the best comprehensive energy efficiency of the system is realized.
