Cylinder block

Cylinder head

Sand casting is a metal forming process in which a mold is first formed from a three-dimensional pattern of sand, and molten metal is poured into the mold cavity for solidification. The sand shell is subsequently removed after the metal components cooled and formed. Certain sand casting components require a secondary machining process after casting.

Piston

Produces high-performance pistons of Φ30mm-Φ350mm, with more than 1,000 varieties, and an annual output capacity of 30 million pieces, which are widely used in various fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, ships, and engineering.The company strives to build a high-tech manufacturing platform, has the only national-level enterprise technology center and post-doctoral workstation in the industry

Spark plug

After 60 years of development, the company has developed into the largest spark plug R&D, production and ignition system manufacturing base in China, mainly produces various spark plugs, and also high-voltage wires, ignition coils and other products.

Connecting rod

With a production capacity of 5 million pieces of expanding connecting rods, it has 14 production lines of various connecting rods, including 12 production lines for expanding connecting rods and 2 production lines for sawing connecting rods, with an annual output of more than 7.4 million connecting rods. It is the world's leading manufacturer of connecting rods, accounting for more than 30% of the global (industrial engine) market share.

The company's products cover automobile, construction machinery, shipping, petroleum, mining, railway, compressor, blower and generator sets and other fields. crankshaft and internal combustion engine forgings are on the top ten famous brands of internal combustion engine fittings quality in China,it is also Liaoning province famous brand.
